Following the decisions of the Baltic Sea Forum (April 5-6, 2013, St. Petersburg) the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation holds a regular plenary meeting of the "St. Petersburg Initiative".

Focus of the meeting will be on environmental problems of the North-East region.

Meeting agenda will include speeches of representatives of federal executive bodies and regional authorities, foreign and national public and private institutions, business, science and civil society.
