During the event, it is planned to present the experience of developing and applying "green" financing to provide a favorable environment, financial instruments that could be used to stimulate the introduction of the best available technologies (BAT) and the implementation of projects in the field of waste management in the Russian Federation.

Representatives of federal and regional authorities of Russia, banks, business, science and public organizations, as well as international organizations, are expected to attend the Conference.
